Nerice Lochansky, MA


Nerice Lochansky serves as the assistant director for VCU ASPiRE, overseeing the co-curricular component of the VCU ASPiRE program, as well as student engagement and support activities that take place within the residence hall. In addition, she assists with recruitment and admission initiatives, advising and orientation planning. Lochansky also oversees the residence hall staff, including the hall director and resident assistants, and is dedicated to being a resource to students for whatever successes and challenges they might be experiencing.

Prior to her work with the VCU ASPiRE program, Lochansky served as a coordinator for residence education at VCU, where she managed programming and student development opportunities for residential students on both the Monroe Park and MCV campuses. Lochansky’s interests include living-learning program impact, psychological type theories and strengths-based leadership and organizational behavior.
