VCU Health Hub at 25th

We are a Richmond East End health education and wellness activity center. Our goal is to provide activities that promote individual and community health and well-being while learning together. 

Most of our programs are free and delivered by VCU faculty, staff and students, VCU Health team members or community partners. All programs are developed in partnership with the community, building on collaborative strengths to empower community members to improve their health and wellness.  

What we do

Health promotion and wellness education

Health screenings, medication management, cancer and diabetes prevention awareness, fitness and nutrition classes, art and more

Behavioral health

Assessments, counseling, stress and depression management, art therapy and more

Care coordination

Goal-setting, medical and social service referrals, care navigation, legal services and more

We are open

  • 9-4 p.m. Monday through Friday

COVID-19 information

Stop by and pick up a COVID-19 Prevention Kit, including instructions on wearing a mask, hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and a cloth mask. Kits are limited to one per person over ten years old.
