Thriving Communities Pilot Grant 2025
Thriving Communities Research Pilot Grant Program provides $25,000 in funding for pilot research projects that address community-identified needs and foster collaboration between VCU faculty and community partners.


Positive Youth Development Seed Grant 2025
The Mary and Frances Youth Center is offering up to 10 $2,000 grant awards for community partners interested in collaborating with the Mary and Frances Youth Center at VCU by building partnerships for youth program development.

The Community-Engaged Data Dissemination Grant seeks proposals from faculty to support innovative and community-focused approaches to research data dissemination. Researchers are encouraged to consider community-engaged, community-based data dissemination as a key component of their research.


Community-Academic Planning Grants 2024
The Academic-Community Partnership Planning Grants aims to strengthen and expand academic-community partnerships, fostering collaboration and mutual benefit, facilitate community identification of the research problem in collaboration with the academic partner, and strengthen the science of community engagement in promoting Thriving Communities as Outlines in Quest 2028, and increasing coordinated programs in priority partner communities.
